Technical Limits & Troubleshooting
This message appears when the submitted video belongs to a private profile, a private Facebook group, or has audience restrictions (e.g. friends-only or age-gated content). D4U respects privacy safeguards and cannot retrieve content that is not publicly visible to an unauthenticated visitor.
The default maximum file size limit is 500 MB per video. This ensures high throughput without exhausting server bandwidth.
To prevent automated bots and server abuse, each IP address is permitted up to 10 requests per hour by default. If you reach this threshold, simply wait a few minutes before trying again.
On Windows and Mac computers, files are saved in your default Downloads folder. On Android and iOS (iPhone/iPad), the file will appear in your browser downloads or Files app, where you can save it to your camera roll.
